Description:
The objectives of this course are twofold: on the one hand future distance learning instructors will learn how to design all components of a Web based distance learning or hybrid course and how to plan for the dynamics of teaching fully or partially online. On the other hand, participants will gain an overall understanding of successful distance learning strategies, including the new pedagogy specific to the format, expectations, creating a community of online learners, and managing the course.
