Infant and Toddler Development
Description:
This course is designed to provide an in-depth examination of human development from birth through age thre years. Emphasis is placed on theories of development, the effect of teh environment, the role of caregivers, health and safety issues, and contemporary issues. Prerequisite: EDUC 103 (The young child) or equivalent. Twenty hours of field placement in a child care center is required.
