Principles of Accounting I

Description:
Principles of Accounting I is an intensive study of the development of the accounting cycle, preparation of financial statements, proprietorships, and partnerships. Current assets and property, plant, and equipment are studied in details. Students will use spreadsheets to record, analyze, and interpret accounting data and will collect financial information through Internet research, using presentation software to communicate their results. Prerequisite: exemption/completion of READ-091 plus MAT-097. CLEP exam accepted.
