Principles of Taxation 1, presents the analysis of federal taxation related to individuals, to partnerships and corporations, and to local and state income taxes and the use of federal and state tax forms. As part of the course, the student will be introduced to the basics of tax research and computerized tax preparation. Students will use computerized tax preparation softward and databases. Prereuisits: ACCT-102 IPrinicples of Accounting 2). Offered Fall Term only.
