Description:
Important problems in the management of human resources are analyzed. Emphasis is placed on human relations from the human resource administrator’s point-of-view as opposed to the line supervisor’s approach. Employee procurement and development, motivation and compensation, wage and salary administration, and performance appraisal are all examined along with the role of the human resource department within the organization, in labor relations, and in line supervision. The case study method and role-playing are used.
